Enchiladas El Gordo Corp

Fantastic enchiladas. Delicious agua fresca. The rice is super tasty. Drool worthy mole. Worth every penny. Best Mexican food in town - and now I have a reason to go to the mall! (Also, they’re ok adjusting menu options to be meatless.)

My fiance is Puerto Rican so I've eaten a lot of Hispanic food over the last few years. El Gordo was some of the best that I've had ever. My fiance was equally impressed. The food is needless to say, so worth it. It's reasonably priced and good portions as well. The juice however, is the best part of the meal. The pineapple could be sweeter according to my fiance - but the watermelon tastes like pure watermelon and is mouth watering. The staff working were friendly and kind. We will be back!

My husband and I split the wet burritos and they were excellent! The hot sauce is a must have; the level of flavor is amazing!! Highly recommend!
